About Me
Experience
I have over 12 years of experiencing working with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings. I graduated with my Masters in Social Work from California State University, Fullerton and acquired my license in 2014 and have since provided services in the non-profit sector.
Yo tengo mas que 12 años de experiencia trabajando con niños, adolescentes, y adultos. Me gradué con mi Masters de Trabajo Social de la Universidad del Estado de California, Fullerton. Yo recibí mi licencia en 2014.
Cultural background
As a Mexican American, born from immigrants, I find that culture can be an important element in relating to the world. Values and beliefs are transferred from our family of origin into our own relationships with people and the choices we make in our lives.
Yo soy Mexicana-Americana, naci de inmigrantes. Yo creo que la cultura es un elemento importante en nuestro vida. Los valores y creencias se transfieren de nuestro familias y afectan nuestros relaciones .

Therapeutic Modalities
I will work with you on your personal goals towards wellness. I utilize elements of CBT, mindfulness, humanistic, psychodynamic and solution focused therapy.
Teletherapy
Currently all sessions are provided are telehealth. A link will be emailed to you prior to your appointment and you may download or click on the link via your electronic device (tablet, laptop, phone). At the moment, I do not plan on resuming in person session.

Fees and Payments
Fees
$120 per 50 minute session
Insurance
Currently I am not accepting insurance. However, I can provide you a superbill that you can be forwarded to your insurance in order to request reimbursement.
Sliding Fee Scale
Limited availability, please inquire.
Payment
Cash, check and IVY pay app (available on Apple and Android).
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session
