I have over 12 years of experiencing working with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings. I graduated with my Masters in Social Work from California State University, Fullerton and acquired my license in 2014 and have since provided services in the non-profit sector.

I will work with you on your personal goals towards wellness. I utilize elements of CBT, mindfulness, humanistic, psychodynamic and solution focused therapy.
Currently all sessions are provided are telehealth. A link will be emailed to you prior to your appointment and you may download or click on the link via your electronic device (tablet, laptop, phone). At the moment, I do not plan on resuming in person session.

$120 per 50 minute session
Currently I am not accepting insurance. However, I can provide you a superbill that you can be forwarded to your insurance in order to request reimbursement.

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session
Sessions are 50 minutes long. Because this will be our first meeting, it will be more of a "get to know you session". Where you will tell me more about yourself, including what your goals for treatment are.
Therapy is voluntary and length of treatment varies per person.
That is OK! I tell people all the time that sometimes you have to find the "right fit" when it comes to a therapist. Also, it can take a few sessions to get a sense of how therapy is going. Again, please discuss this further with me!
